Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between the therapist and the person in therapy geared towards helping the client gain deeper insight into themselves, their thought patterns, and their behaviors.

Our ultimate goal is to reconnect you back to your truest, most whole and joy-filled self.

OUR APPROACH

At Elson Psychotherpay we take a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. We understand that a person is made of several interconnected components - mind, body, and soul - and each of those parts must be incorporated, given attention, and utilized in the therapeutic process.

Our goal is to inspire change and improve your quality of life, well-being, and overall happiness. Our goal is to help you live the life you have always wanted to live.

Most individuals seek therapy when they realize that they can't figure it out on their own. We, however, believe that you already have all the knowledge and power inside you to make the changes you want in your life; all you really need is a little polishing, dusting off, and direction to help you discover everything that you already have inside you.

Together, let's begin the journey back to wholeness and your truest self!
